Highlights
"Driving Up the Canyon" is a 2020 Dramaturgy project documenting one woman's struggle with creativity and motivation during the beginning stages of the 2020 global pandemic. This piece was written, performed, filmed, and edited by Lyndsey Kay Nelson and serves as a realistic metaphor for finding and losing creative motivation in a universally relatable way.
"stardust and promises" is a poem written from the perspective of the author as she imagines waking up next to a partner and dictates what she would say to the love of her life. This piece was published in the 2021 edition of the Kolob Canyon Review alongside another of her pieces, "How to Lose a Guy". The full transcript of these poems can be found on the 'poetry' page of this portfolio.
